I think better than 70/30 that Bryce, Borst get into the 17-20 range.

Borst achieved that until late in the year. Bryce was on his way to equaling W/L totals similar to the 17-20 ranked wrestlers(% = to or > than 17, 19, 20). Understand, the other weights are in the air.
